The U-4100 UV/Vis/NIR Spectrophotometer comes in different versions:
U-4100 UV/Vis/NIR Standard System
The U-4100 UV/Vis/NIR spectrophotometer offers enormous flexibility for the evaluation and quality control of a wide variety of optical components over a wavelength range of 240-2600 nm. Featuring a prism/grating double monochromator and standard integrating sphere, the standard version can accommodate samples up to 200 x 200 mm.
U-4100 UV/Vis/NIR Large Sample System
This has the same optical arrangement as the standard version but also features a large sample compartment can accommodate samples up to 430 x 430 mm to allow evaluation of a wider range of lenses, filters, mirrors and other optical components.
U-4100 UV/Vis/NIR Extended UV System
This version features a high sensitivity integrating sphere and a grating/grating double monochromator. This outstanding optical arrangement extends the high accuracy transmittance and reflectance measurement capability for solid samples from 240 nm down to 175 nm.
U-4100ST
This specially designed version of the U-4100 is ideally suited to the analysis of high transmission samples such as glass and filters from the UV region of the spectrum right through to the near infra-red.
