Dear Subscriber !
Welcome to the December issue of EVISA's Speciation
Newsletter.
It is already some kind of tradition that we use our last newsletter to review our activities of the year.
The year 2009 was a successful year for EVISA. We enhanced our information data centre to more than 12,000 pages and our user community reacted accordingly by enhancing their number of visits by more than 50% to more than 520,000 visits during the year. Besides such activities of the "Virtual Institute" we also had many "real" activities. The TraceSpec 2009 was a very successful workshop dedicated to speciation analysis where we actually have meet at least part of our user community in reality.
We thank you all for your interest and your fidelity.
We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous Year 2010.
Your EVISA team

EVISA is keeping you updated with what is going on in speciation analysis. In this section you will find news about the most current research results, about trends, legal issues and informations from manufacturers in the field of speciation analysis.
With all the links to further information and publications the News archive is a valuable collection of "hot topics" in speciation analysis. We continuously update even former news with new links and information so that all news are actual all the time.

EVISA's activities during the year 2009
The year 2009 again was a successful year for EVISA with important developments. More than 500,000 users visited the EVISA web portal during the year. A highlight of the year was the TraceSpec 2009, a workshop dedicated to speciation analysis that for the second time was co-organized by EVISA and IAEAC together with the local organizers from the University of Mainz.
