CBI: Bulgaria legislation: Substances in electronics (RoHS)
Description
The RoHS Directive, 2002/95/EC, bans the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products, including electrical/electronic toys. The requirements entered into force 1 July 2006. Bulgaria has implemented the RoHS Directive into its national legislation. The Bulgarian legislation is completely harmonised with the EU Directive.
