Known problems hindering on-line abstract submission

After a successful transmission of your personal data you will receive an activation key for your account. Only after sending the activation code back will your account be active.  You then can create your abstract. Until the final deadline for abstract submission, your abstract can still be edited by you after log-in to your user account ! You also can than submit more than one abstract.

After each editing and/or submission you should receive an email with the resulting abstract as a PDF. If you have not received such mail from the server than something went wrong (see known problems above). In this case please contact us by email.

The scientific committee reserves the right to accept or reject contributions, to decide on oral or poster presentation, and to re-assign them to different topics. No revisions or corrections will be made by the scientific committee.
