How to get to the conference

Location of Münster in Germany
Westphalia's capital city is well worth the trip. No matter how you travel, getting to Münster is always quick and convenient:

Airplane
:
Münster/Osnabrück International Airport (FMO) located on the outskirts of the city is only about 25 minutes away by car. As an alternative, Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) can be reached by train from Münster in about 75 min. For further information please visit the web sites of the airports :

Düsseldorf International Airport (DUS)

Train:

Arriving by train is also convenient. Münster's city center is just a short walk from the main station. The main railway station is well-connected to the Deutsche Bahn (German Railways) rail network, with the result that travelling to important European urban centres and all major German cities is both quick and convenient. The ICE intercity express service travels directly to Cologne, Stuttgart, Munich, Bremen, Hamburg and Kiel on a daily basis. Intercity (IC) and eurocity (EC) trains connect Münster directly with many other destinations in Germany and abroad. European capitals such as Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Copenhagen and Warsaw can be reached conveniently with just a single change.

Special conference tickets available:
DB offers special conference tickets with attractive prices and conditions:

Attention:
As the the train station is being rebuilt, passengers have to use the main exit "Bremer Platz" and are bypassed through the "Hamburger Tunnel" to the "Berliner Platz" where busses leave and arrive
