Poster presentations Posters are a very important part of contributed presentations within the scientific program. Posters will be presented within three sessions of the scientific programm:
Every poster author is requested to be at his/her poster at the scheduled poster session. Posters will be presented on posterboards within the exhibition area. The posterboard are approx. 85cm width x 120cm height and meant for posters printed in the format  DIN A0 (Portrait format).Times for poster mounting and removal are as follows: Poster Session I (Monday session) shall be mounted on Sunday, February 22, 2015 from 12.00 - 19.00, but at the latest until Monday, February 23, 2015 at 8.30. Poster Session I posters will be removed by EWCPS 2015 staff and can be picked up at the respective poster board on Tuesday, February 24 until 8.30. Poster Session II (Tuesday session) shall be mounted on Tuesday, February 23, 2015 from 08.00 - 08.30. Poster Session II posters will be removed by EWCPS 2015 staff and can be picked up at the respective poster board on Wednesday, February 25 until 8.30. Poster Session III (Wednesday session) shall be mounted on Wednesday, February 24, 2015 from 08.00 - 08.30. Poster Session III shall be removed board until Thursday, February 26 until 11.20. Poster award session The best posters will be awarded with an attractive price. The poster award session is scheduled on Thursday, February 26, 2015 from 13.10 to 13.30. A poster jury will view all posters and select the three best posters from each poster sessions. |
