SLS MICRO TECHNOLOGY (SLS) designs, manufactures and globally distributes miniaturized sensor products for measuring gases and fluids. SLS achieved an unrivalled level of scaling down analyzer and sensor components by implementing micro system technology (MST/MEMS), which mainly uses materials and processes known from the semiconductor industry, innovatively and consistently. Besides sensors designed to measure mean media flows (flow sensors, thermal conductivity detectors) for OEM customers, SLS offers the world's smallest, full functional gas chromatography module. Minimal module dimensions combined with smallest power and media consumption offer significant advantages in cost and customer value and additionally open up complete new fields of application for gas chromatography.
