SIL supplies products and services for environmental measurement particularly related to marine, freshwater and meteorological applications.
Systems and instruments are supplied for field applications which include water quality monitoring, currents and tides, wind and waves, water flow and turbidity. Sampling equipment includes water samplers, sediment corers, scientific trawl nets and deep water cameras. Laboratory instruments include salinometers, thermometers, water baths, flow sensors and pressure sensors. A range of high precision calibration standards are provided for salinity, conductivity, nutrients and dissolved oxygen.
All standards, instruments and systems are supported by OSIL's in-house comprehensive service, repair and calibration facility which is ISO 9001 accredited.
