In 1969 Horst Linn founded the company Linn High Therm and specialized in electrically heated laboratory- and high temperature furnaces and induction heated fusion and remelting units for laboratories, workshop, research and industry. In 1979 the company moved to Eschenfelden. In an enlarged plant the production range will be extended by induction heated units, microwave and vacuum furnaces.
In 1991 extension of the production capacity, especially for the medium sized industrial furnace production through Linn High Therm Werk II, Bad Frankenhausen.
