The Deutscher Fachverlag is one of the large independent professional information publishers in Germany and Europe with subsidiaries in several countries. Their wide range of publications includes more than 90 different titles for 15 business sectors. For almost 60 years, the publishing house has provided major national and international economic sectors with high-quality trade publications with a combined annual circulation of approximately 15 million copies.
The German and international publications are aimed at achieving the highest level of journalistic quality and are of great theoretical and practical benefit. The publications target their readers' professional interests. Many of the titles published by the Deutscher Fachverlag, which has around 810 employees, are leading media brands in the business-to-business communication sector. Every week eight trade journals are published in Germany alone, and eleven throughout Europe. In addition, three of the titles are among the ten best-selling trade journals in Germany for years. Specialty books, seminars and trade events supplement the range of specialty magazines and newspapers. There are more than 25 successful online publications to accompany the corresponding print titles, such as HORIZONT.NET, TWnetwork.de, lz-net.de, cafe-future.net, fleischwirtschaft.de and ahgz.de, some of which are also available in English.
International business-to-business communication: Deutscher Fachverlag has been successfully involved in international trade journalism for many years. The publishing group includes subsidiaries and affiliated companies in Austria, Italy, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Poland, Russia, Hungary and Turkey. In addition, some titles are published for the Chinese market. The expert market knowledge that is available to local editorial offices and the international transfer of knowledge between sister publications are the basis for our specialist publications, which have successfully established themselves as market leaders in many countries.
