Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics is an international peer-reviewed journal publishing papers in applied nutrition and dietetics. Papers are therefore welcomed on: - Clinical nutrition and the practice of therapeutic diseases
- Public health nutrition and nutritional epidemiology
- Health promotion and intervention studies and their effectiveness
- Food choice and the psychology of eating behaviour
- Food intake and nutritional status
- Sociology of food
In addition to original papers, short reports and letters to the editor, the Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics contains: - a book review section (edited by Dr Angela Madden)
- occasional review papers on topical issues (edited by Dr Carolyn Summerbell)
- a new section for CPD enabling dietitians to continue updating knowledge and understanding of key topics
