Description
Reviews in Analytical Chemistry provides chemists entering particular fields as well as experts with authoritative reviews of timely subjects. These subjects can encompass all branches of modern analytical chemistry such as spectroscopy, electro-chemistry, chromatography, trace analysis and solution chemistry and their applications to areas such as environmental control, mineral resources, drug analysis, and other relevant areas. Reviews in Analytical Chemistry features two types of reviews, the first of which is the classical review of the literature covering a certain period in the development of a particular field. This type of review is addressed to the expert in the field and brings him up to date in a concise manner. The second type of review, a more descriptive and basic one, is written for the research worker contemplating entering a new field of endeavor or for the chemist who wishes to examine the applicability of a new technique to his research.
