Description
Doklady Biological Sciences is a journal containing English translations of current Russian research in molecular biology, cell biology, microbiology, immunology, physiology, general biology and botanies, published in the corresponding sections of the Doklady Akademii Nauk (Proceedings of the Russian Academy of Sciences). The Proceedings appear 36 times per year, articles from the selected biological sections are collected, translated, and published in 6 issues per year. Doklady Biological Sciences publishes the most significant new research in the biological sciences being done in Russia today, thus ensuring its scientific priority.
Doklady Biological Sciences is indexed in Chemical Abstracts; SCOPUS.
Since 2001, the journal Doklady Biological Sciences, the English translation of the journal Doklady Akademii Nauk has incorporated Doklady Botanical Sciences, which is no longer being published as a separate title.
