It reports on the following topics: semiconductor superlattice and microstructure physics semiconductor material physics growth and characterization of novel semiconductor materials including quantum dots and quantum wires semiconductor device physics novel semiconductor devices CAD design and fabrication of integrated circuits novel technology for semiconductor devices semiconductor optoelectronic devices and integration semiconductor film growth, characterization, and application
The Chinese Journal of Semiconductors distinguishes itself from academic journals of physics and electronics in its being an interdisciplinary academic journal involved with the fields of both physics and information. Technical papers written in either Chinese or English will be considered for publication in the journal. The Chinese Journal of Semiconductors was started in 1980 and is now a monthly publication. Each issue contains about 190 pages, with tables of contents in both English and Chinese. The journal is published publicly domestically and abroad, and the price for each issue is 35 RMB in the Chinese mainland. The editor-in-chief of the journal is Wang Shouwu, an academician of the CAS.
