Description
The Revue de Métallurgie is: - a monthly journal (11 issues per year) with two separate orientations:
- 7 technological issues mainly on steel processing and applications
- 4 scientific issues on material science and engineering (Science et Génie des Matériaux)
- a journal covering technical aspects and publishing general information regarding steel and materials
- a centennial journal created in 1904 by H. Le Chatelier and thus representative of the great tradition of the French Metallurgy
- a modern journal with an international dimension and
- a brand new layout
- an important place devoted to traditional materials but also
- open to advanced materials and new technologies
- a bilingual journal (French and English), with also a German and a Spanish version for all abstracts
- a journal highly acclaimed for its technical and scientific level, with:
- peer-reviewing for all articles
- scientific recognition by the CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique)
