The JSX-3000 is an Energy-Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (EDXRF), which utilizes an electronically cooled Si (Li) semiconductor detector instead of cooling with liquid nitrogen.
The JSX-3000 can detect X-rays ranging from light to heavy elements (Na to U) and can analyze with performances equivalent to liquid-nitrogen cooled semiconductor detectors, but without the effort and expense of handling liquid nitrogen.
Features
High sensitivity, high speed measurement
