The JSX-3600M (nicknamed Yuki) is a fluorescent X-ray analyzer capable of element analysis on micro areas of a minimum of 50 µm diameter. Analyzing elements Na to U, the system supports qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis without standard samples.
Advanced features include auto collimator exchange, CCD zoom camera, auto focus, and fully automated XYZ stage--the JSX-3600 will automatically position a sample for analysis when a single or multiple analyzing spots are selected on the display.
The JSX-3600M has a wide range of applications from particle analysis in food or cosmetics, study of archeological artifacts, analysis of materials in semiconductor substrate and coating film thickness in micro components.
Features
- The high brightness X-ray bulb and micro collimator--enable analysis of micro areas 50 µm in diameter.
- Auto collimator exchange, CCD zoom camera, and fully automated XYZ stage.
- Qbase, a material identification program--identifies the materials and foreign objects.
- SmileView, a unique documentation program--creates reports containing images.
- Semiconductor detector to be filled liquid nitrogen as needed
- Supports X-ray intensity, quantitative analysis, film thickness analysis, and 3D mapping. (Optional)
- The Thin Film FP program (option) supports simultaneous analysis of film thickness and composition of multi layered films in micro components.
