A completely automatic system for online sample preparation in HPLC. UNEXAS is an acronym for Universal Extraction and Sample Preparation and couples online solid-phase extraction (SPE) and HPLC. UNEXAS is applied in pharmaceutical chemistry, diagnostics, forensic analysis, food chemistry, and environmental analysis. UNEXAS grants an optimal sample throughput with a minimal consumption of eluent. The low sample carry-over enables optimal analysis results. The system is completely controlled by our GLP compliant ChromGate® system software. ChromGate® guarantees the highest degree of automation with GLP compliant documentation of the results.
