Sample preparation: Mills, Grinders |
For batchwise fine grinding down to colloidal fineness of hard to soft materials dry or in suspension. Mixing and homogenising of emulsions and pastes.
Typical fields of application Geology and mineralogy, ceramics, chemistry, biology, medicine, pharmacology and galenite research, nuclear research, material technology, analytic preparation
Method of operation The new laboratory mill with just one grinding bowl holder is based on the principle of planetary ball mills.
Features of performance - very high grinding performance despite small space requirement - extremely rapid grinding of lab samples down to < 1µm - no-loss grinding, even in suspension - Grinding chamber cooled by built-in fan permits longer grinding times - Reproducible grinding results due to controlled drive and programmable electronic system - Compensation of unbalance of all grinding bowls using a compensation mechanism which is easy to operate - adjustable mass to compensate unbalances - grinding bowls in sizes 80 to 500 ml - New electronic system with timer and programmable reversing unit - programmable interval and break times - RS232 interface to output process data (Validation) - Using a special lid for the grinding bowl, material can also be ground in an inert atmosphere - Safety standard EN 61010 and CE mark - 2 year guarantee
Equipment The Planetary Mono Mill pulverisette 6 is delivered with "safe lock" clamping system, but without grinding bowls and balls, which are available in 8 different materials and must be ordered as accessories. The voltage specified on the order form will be set by the factory (100-120/200-240 V).
