Sample preparation: Mills, Grinders |
For ultra fine grinding down to colloidal fineness of hard to soft materials dry or in suspension. For mixing and perfect homogenisation of emulsions and pastes.
Typical fields of application Geology and mineralogy, Ceramics, Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, pharmacology and galenite research, Nuclear research, Material technology, Spectroscopy, X-ray fluorescence
Method of operation The material sample is primarily crushed by the high-energy impact of grinding balls and in part by friction between the balls and the wall of the grinding bowl.
Features of performance - speeds up to 800 rpm - very fast uniform comminution - loss-free grinding - also for suspensions - high final fineness down to < 1 µm - reproducible grinding results - grinding cycle can be programmed to repeat up to 99 times - RS232 interface for output of process data and programming of grinding cycles (validation) - analytically pure grinding materials; choice of 8 different materials for contamination-free grinding - easy to clean; quick and safe bowl retention - Certified safety (CE mark) - 2 year guarantee
Equipment The Planetary Micro Mill pulverisette 7 is delivered without grinding bowls and balls, which are available in 8 different materials and must be ordered as accessories.
