The X'Pert PRO MPD is the multi-purpose X-ray diffraction system for the analytical laboratories in universities and industry. It is the ideal system for demanding environments where different people with different samples are performing different types of analysis.
Thanks to the PreFIX concept for fast and accurate changing of optical modules and sample stages, the X'Pert PRO MPD system can be easily reconfigured from a high-end system for the crystallographic researcher to a "work horse" for routine measurements.
The X'Pert PRO Alpha-1 diffractometer is equipped with an incident beam monochromator, offering pure Kα1 radiation. This allows the crystallographer to perform very accurate diffraction experiments without the need for mathematical Kα2 stripping procedures.
With the X'Pert PRO MPD virtually any material can be analyzed: pharmaceutical substances, engineered components, coatings, clay minerals, glass, polymer foils, metals, chemicals, zeolites, forensics, and many more…
