Built on the power of multi-tasking TotalChrom Chromatography Data System, the system is fully controlled from a single point for all data handling and instrument parameters. It’s fully scalable and expandable to meet the needs of growing laboratories. While available in numerous configirations, this particular Series 200 system includes the Series 200 Diode Array Detector, TurboScan 200 Spectral Processing Software, Series 200 Autosampler and Series 200 Pump.
The Series 200 Diode Array Detector offers complete sample characterization; with outstanding analytical performance across its full ultra-violet/visible (UV/VIS) range via the simultaneous use of Deuterium and Tungsten sources. The Series 200 is also fully network compatible. This allows you to simply connect the entire LC system to your labs existing LAN - and control the unit and collect and process data from a PC located as close to - or as far from - the actual system as you require.
The TurboScan 200 Spectral Processing Software supports spectral data from the Series 200 Diode Array Detector. The software accesses, displays, and manipulates spectral data with speed and flexibility; confirms and performs peak identification via spectral library matches, while also calculating and reporting peak purity and lambda maxima for each component; and also views / manipulates spectra contour maps and 3D plots in extreme detail. Use TurboScan to extracts and reprocesses actual chromatograms at any wavelength you desire - directly from spectra datafile.
The Series 200 Autosampler offers fast and reliable vial-to-vial transfer, with three injections/min. and a 50 percent savings in sample loading/injection time.
Finally, the Series 200 Pump, designed for long piston seal life and less downtime, delivers precise flow rates and rugged check valve design.
