The Optima 3100 ICP-OES is a cost-reduced enhanced generation of Optima 3000s. It is a single detector version of the Optima 3000 with a new UV detector, whose wavelength range has been extended from 375 to 403 nm by increasing the size of the detector. New subaarays were added and a number of subarrays were enlarged to provide a significantly enhanced wavelength set.
