The box can be used everywhere it is necessary to do working operations in dust-free surroundings (for example in health services, pharmaceuticals, precision mechanics, optics, electronics, etc). It is possible to place it on top of a normal working desk or similar working surface.
The box is intended for applications requiring laminar flow for the protection of a product from particle and bacterial contamination. Substances which can endanger a worker’s health may not get released during product handling and processing.
CONSTRUCTION
The box case is a self supporting structure made of tooled composite desks. Thanks to this solution the box body is without joints and all the edges are round. The case surface has been protected with high resistant two component paint.
The laminar air flow coming out from the box filter has been limited with a glass cover that limits the box work area. The bottom of the work space is equipped with a removable tray of stainless steel. Therefore all the work area surfaces are easy to clean and decontaminate.
The box has been equipped with a powerful fan having a continuous speed regulation that enables to maintain the needed air flow speed in the work space for a long time. The needed adjustment of the air speed has been indicated at the control panel.
The work space of the box has been equipped with a light and the operator will appreciate an abnormally low noise level of the equipment that has been reached by using very effective noise suppressors both at the air inlet and exhaust from the case.
