The Spectrolaser 1000HR is a new higher-resolution version of the Spectrolaser. The optical resolution is improved by a factor of four in the new instrument compared to the original Spectrolaser 1000M. This lowers the detection limits for most elements by a corresponding amount (4x) and improves analysis precision and accuracy in complex matrices. This instrument is now our general purpose instrument for analysis requirements in demanding multi-element applications such as coal, minerals, and metal alloy analysis.
