Sub-boiling distillation for the production of ultra-pure water and acids. Apparatus consists of 375 mL PFA vessels on both the evaporation and condensation sides with an inter-connecting PFA elbow. One-piece PFA inner cooling coil extends through the elbow and condensing vessel to provide for cool water flow. Stopcock valve controls transfer of clean, distilled fluid. Optional stopcock can be added to the evaporation vessel for removal of residuals. Wrench set included with each unit to facilitate assembly. Note: Heating unit not included, customer supplied. The evaporating side is grooved for better heat transfer through thinner wall thickness.
Option: SBS-108
Vessel capacity is 375 mL on both the evaporating and condensing sides. Evaporating side has smooth surface for electrothermal wraps. A hydrophic vent port is installed on the condensing side. One package of (10) 1-2 micron membranes is included.
