Automatic headspace sampler for 20 samples. The QHSS-20/100 works in compare to some other samplers not with an syringe he works with an gas sampling valve for injection. The valve with sample loop can heated up to 350 °C, in this way we can be sure to have no memory effects (e.g. with high boiling point polar components).
System description:
- 120 ml HSS vials standard
- Electric actuated 6-way/4-way injection valve (VICI) with 1 ml sample loop heated up to 350 °C.
- Heated incubation oven for 5 samples (40°C - 100°C, in 1°C-steps) with integrated shaker.
- Incubation oven with extern van to work in room temperature too.
- Carrier gas is controlled directly from the GC.
- AUX Gas is controlled by the QHSS-20/100.
- The QHSS-100 can be connected to different GC's by a flexible transfer line („fused silica" transfer line can installed easily).
- All parameter can be storages in max. 9 files.
- "MHE" technology with 250 steps and single penetration (of the injection needle) is possible.
- Additions possible: secound (sampling) valve; addition reactant gas; catalytic converter, ...
- The QUMA QHSS-series instrumentes are full integrated within the VARIAN GALAXIE software.
- Communication via RS-232, BCD sample code, ready- and start relays.
- Dimensions approx. with x high x depth 39 x 38x 62 cm³.
