In contrast to conventional UV/Vis-detectors the detector contains a diode array (256 diodes) instead of a monochromator.
- S 3210 the UV/VIS Detector for routine analysis in HPLC.
- Diode Array Technology for wavelength change without any mechanical moving parts.
- Dual lamps (deuterium/tungsten) for a spectral range of 190-720 nm.
- The standard flow cell is a 12 µl flowcell with a 10mm pathlength.
- Flowcells for micro and prep. mode are also available ( see order information.)
- Programmable change of wavelength (up to 10 times).
- Integrated solvent recycling system (3-way valve as option).
- Online scan of wavelength and collection of spectral data without stop flow (optional).
