For Preparative LC
The Agilent 1200 Series preparative autosampler is designed to perform preparative LC. It allows injection of sample volumes from µL to mL ranges from vials. Can be upgraded from non-thermostatted version to thermostatted version by adding the Agilent 1200 Series thermostat for ALS/FC/spotter.
Features
- For flow rates up to 100 mL/min at 400 bar.
- Injection volume range from 10-900 µlL (options up to 5 mL are available).
- Flexible and convenient sample handling with different types of sample containers (2-mL and 6-mL vials).
- Peltier temperature control from 4 to 40 °C for up to 100 2-mL vials containing thermally-labile samples (upgrade from non-thermostatted to thermostatted version possible).
