Applied in preparative chromatography The Foxy® Jr., applied in preparative chromatography, holds a maximum of 144 sample collectors. The three methods available for fraction collection are: slope detection (peak slope), signal level, and signal slope. The signal level method aids in "cutting" a peaks highly concentrated substance. The Foxy® Jr. can also be applied in gradient operation with a suitable gradient former.
