The DuraMix is mixing two liquids into one constant flow stream with the selected dilution ratio. Two high-precision syringe drives dispense simultaneously into a special designed mixing chamber. In result there is a constant flow, constant diluted output stream. A typical application in Photometry is to dilute samples and to transfer them into a flow-cell in one operating step.
Both syringe drives are controlled by an µProcessor. Parameter input and start signal could be done via serial interface, by SPS or optionally by a touchscreen controller. All steps could be triggered manually or externally. Wetted parts are made of glass, teflon (PTFE) and KEL-F, which makes the device resistent against aggressive media.
