FFFF is the most universal chromatographical method for all nanosize materials. Unlike other tools for polymer analysis like GPC methods, the AFFFF has no upper limit in terms of molecular size and weight.
Recommended Set-Up of a Consenxus AFFFF-System:
The system consists of an AFFFF-channel, a valve box and a measuring and controlling unit.
The patented ConSenxus AFFFF-channel is designed in stainless steel, suitable for a very broad range of applications.
Optical control is important for an exact focusing. Therefore, the channel features a transparent PMMA plate for aqueous media and a glass plate for organic media. The system comes with 4 spacers of different thickness, 3 customised membranes, a membrane template and all necessary tubes, capillaries and fittings. For special applications we supply a variety of membranes with different cutoffs.
The AFFFF-System features additionally a WindowsNT TM , Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows95TM compatible software for automatic system control. The software controls pumps and control valves, also for programmed flow gradients. In the WindowsTM environment it is possible to process chromatograms during data acquisition.
The unit comes with a 12 month warranty which covers both, software and hardware. Software upgrades are provided free of charge for 12 months from the purchase date. (Note: the membrane and other consumables are not covered by this warranty.)
The ConSenxus AFFFF is a device for separations in aqueous and organic media.
