Mass spectrometer: LC-MS |
As lab operations are challenged with greater throughput demands and constantly changing and stringent industry regulations, productivity and sensitivity are more important than ever. That's why there's never been a better time for the speed, efficiency and complete sample insight of the AxION ™ 2 TOF MS. PerkinElmer's AxION 2 TOF MS is at the core of our new LCMS platform, which includes a suite of hardware, software and services that offer superior uptime, exceptional ease of use, and uncompromising performance. The AxION 2 TOF MS instrument is available with a choice of patented ion sources including dual probe Ultraspray™ 2 ESI or Field-Free Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization (APCI). With its exact mass capabilities, AxION 2 TOF MS is the ideal tool for identification of unexpected compounds in your samples, providing a high level of resolution and mass accuracy -- consistently, day after day. The wide dynamic range allows accurate isotopic ratio and quantitation capabilities over a wide range of concentrations. AxION Separation Probe is the latest technology that allows chromatographic separation to occur directly over the Mass Spectrometer ion source probe. This minimizes all the dead volume effects that can affect UHPLC separation resulting in improved signal to noise performance and overall more accurate quantitation. AxION Solo™ is a compound-centric, post-processing software that features an immediate results review system for single or multiple target analysis. AxION XPO™ software has a user definable, color coded results review to allow lab managers to screen high volumes of samples at a glance. The AxION eDoor™ package has been created for Open Access environments. Its intuitive user interface guides customers though the analysis from login, methods selection and sample setup in a network environment, with results delivery by email.
