The Agilent 8453E UV-Visible spectroscopy system is the most economical way to control the Agilent 8453 spectrophotometer. It includes a handheld controller and a Agilent 8453, allowing complete palmtop control of your spectroscopic measurements. A series of predefined methods for the determination of total protein content using the Agilent 8453E system is available for download here. Instructions to transfer the methods to the target system and a detailed description of all methods provided is part of the package. The handheld controller was developed to ISO 9001 standards and uses the latest in miniaturization technology and industry-proven reliability.
