The Rheos HTS (for High Throughput System) is specifically optimized for the most demanding LC/MS applications. Its extremely small delay volume (18 µL with the high pressure gradient option, incl. mixer) enables short cycle times and hence high sample capacity. For instance application of 1 mm ID columns with ballistic gradients boost throughput and sensitivity at the same time. The system comprising of 2 Rheos 2200 binary pumps, 10-port switching valve, and Janeiro-CNS maximises flexibility. The Janeiro-CNS software combines completely independent control of up to 3 pumps, switching valves and autosamplers with seamless integration into Thermo\'s Xcalibur. Or use 2 pumps as a high pressure gradient system. These unique features enable advanced systems such as the one described in the application sheet.
