The DIS-10/11 and DIS-10P/11P are the GAT D-Star low cost DLC-10 or DLC-l 1 isocratic fixed wavelength HPLC system fitted with a position sensing valve, pressure transducer with associated electronics, and the new Star-ChromTM dual channel, 32 bit, Windows 95, 98, ME, and NT based software. The system can be configured for 254 or 280nm operation. By adding the new Model DAS-10 autosampler or an autoinjection valve, the system can be made fully automatic. The standard units will operate at 3000 PSI system pressures; the "P" units at 5000 PSI. The standard units will operate at 3000 PSI system pressures; the "P" units at 5000 PSI etc.
The software can acquire the data, process it, calibrate the data, and report the data in a customized report. The entire system is under the control of the software. This includes pump control via RS-232 and detector control via contact closures. Obviously with a fixed wavelength detector wavelength control is not possible. The software does control autozero as programmed by the method developed and sets absorbance range.
The DIS-10/11 is the lowest priced computer assisted isocratic HPLC system in the industry.
