As the first instrument ever on the beer market, Infratec™ 1256 Beer Analyzer features the unique ability to measure the content without need for sample preparation. Using Near Infrared Transmittance technology, the beer is simply scanned as it is and the result presented in seconds.
Infratec 1256 gives the breweries the tool they need to quick and easy verify product quality at the filler. The fast analysis directly at the bottling line avoids stacking up thousands of bottles while waiting for the laboratory reply.
Robust and easy-to-use
- Infratec™ 1256 Beer Analyzer is designed to withstand the harch at-line environment in the bottling hall. It operates well in the temperature range from 5 – 30 degrees Celsius.
- Analysis is done by simply placing the sample in the instrument and pushing one button. Results are presented on a built-in monitor in less than 40 seconds or sent to LIMS / printer if desired.
- Infratec 1256 is ready to use within 5 minutes after start-up.
- Regular maintenance is restricted to changing a lamp once a year. (Which is included in the service contract.)
