The ProStar™ 1800 is a process NIR analyzer that can perform high speed multi-element analysis from a single point or multiple points. The system utilizes a fast, high-precision diode array spectrometer that measures the full spectral range from 1120-1820 nm in milliseconds.
Because of the extremely short response time for these spectrometers, the instrument is ideal for the process monitoring of belts or hoppers carrying powders or solid material and liquid in pipes – thus permitting large quantities of raw material or finished product to be inspected.
