Standard measuring instrument KUSTA 4004S for use in the laboratory and on-site
The near-infrared (NIR) spectrometer KUSTA 4004S, is a measuring instrument for the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of liquid and solid samples. A wide range of substances can be identified or their composition determined. Not only natural products (wood, cotton, milk, meat, etc.), but also industrially manufactured semi-finished and finished products (plastics, foils, paper, milk products, sausage, etc.). Samples are measured directly without any preparation, regardless of surface texture, moisture content and color. For the instrument series KUSTA 4004S/C/P, a range of measuring probes are offered that have been optimized for the operating conditions of the various applications and are connected to the spectrometer with a flexible cable.
The NIR-spectrometer KUSTA 4004S is a compact, table-top measuring instrument. The integrated industrial PC can be operated directly with keyboard, monitor and mouse or controlled by an external PC over an Ethernet network. A combination with a Notebook PC is available. The probe can be selected appropriately for the application and is connected to the main instrument with a flexible cable. Software and measurement procedures tailor-made for particular applications permit a flexible use of methods for changing tasks.
