Since 1922 the name Hellma has stood for exceptional quality in countries around the world when it comes to glass workmanship. This fact explains our demanding standards as expressed in our company motto: “Precision in Spectro-Optics. Worldwide”. For over eight decades we have been producing cells for photometrical measurements using this specialised knowledge. At the beginning of the nineties another rapidly growing sector was added to our product line: fibre-optic systems. The Hellma Group includes Hellma Optik GmbH in Jena – a company producing flat and cylindrical optics in this city known for its tradition of quality glass.
