Innov-X serves the industrial, academic, environmental, mining, recycling, and many other markets. There are hundreds of Innov-X analyzers in the field every day – from the arctic temperatures of Northern Canada, to the heat and humidity of the Gulf Coast, to the demanding, dusty environments and refineries of the Middle East. Applications range from PMI, works of art, forensics, powders, coatings, liquids, roofing, soils, and electronics to food products.

When Innov-X delivered the first the world’s first x-ray tube-based portable XRF, a new era in portable XRF began.
We engineered the XRF around a miniature x-ray tube from the ground up eliminating limitations of radioactive isotopes. The system performs a fast, accurate chemical analysis to identify, differentiate and quantify a wide range of materials from the periodic table of elements, from phosphorus to uranium depending on concentration.
Rapid response to custom application requirements is a core philosophy at Innov-X. Suitable for bench-top, inline and handheld use, the unit’s pocket PC technology offers flexible software, exceptional graphical user interface (GUI), and conventional MS Windows architecture for rapid and seamless customization. Our portable XRF can be quickly configured with new elements and/or a multitude of factory or user calibrations, virtually eliminating obsolescence.
