IBRA
aims to increase awareness of the vital role of bees in the environment and
encourages the use of bees as wealth creators. We are a not-for-profit
organization that was established in 1949. We have a worldwide
membership.
IBRA provides easy
access to information about a vast range of bee-related topics including beekeeping,
honey, beeswax, stings, bee pests and diseases, pollen, pollination, apitherapy
and bumble bees. A wide range of books and
CDs on these topics, as well as membership subscriptions, are available from our
online shop.
You will soon be able to have access to our specialist bee library through the
National Library of Wales.
