QUANTA SYSTEM S.p.A. was founded in 1985 to perform advanced research in electro-optics, including solid-state lasers and industrial lasers. Now into its fourth lustrum, Quanta System can rightly claim to be one of the most advanced high-tech companies producing lasers both for research, industrial and medical applications. The company is located 15 Km north of Milan (ITALY) - precisely at Solbiate Olona (VA), via IV Novembre 116 - nearby the Busto Arsizio exit of the Laghi Highway and Malpensa Airport. Quanta System produces now either solid state lasers, laser systems and OEM tailored laser sources and systems. With many hundreds of lasers working on field, Quanta System fully understands the requirements of its customers and is committed to the future development of solid state laser technology. At the moment Quanta System employs 40 persons, most of which are Ph.Ds and graduated laser engineers, with an overall experience of more than 100 years in laser technology.

The company is managed by its President Dr. Angelo Ferrario and General Manager Ing. Paolo Salvadeo.

Dr. Carlo Malvicini is in charge of Technical Direction.
