Umetrics produces software for Multivariate Data Analysis and modeling (MVDA) and Design of Experiments (DOE). The software family includes MODDE, SIMCA-P, SIMCA-4000, SIMCA-P+ and SIMCA Batch On-Line, as well as predictor engines for embedded use.
Umetrics offers a great selection of training courses to meet the demand from our customers around the world. We also provide a full consultancy service where our experienced consultants apply their expertise to customer’s data either on or off site.

Background
Umetrics was established in Umeå, Sweden in 1987 to provide software, training and consulting in Design of Experiments and Multivariate Data Analysis. The founders all came from the Chemometrics group at Umeå University . The continued close collaboration with this group keeps Umetrics at the leading edge of novel methodology.
Principal shareholders are Nouna Kettaneh-Wold, Svante Wold, and since 1997, Investor AB .
With its headquarters still based in Umeå, Umetrics now has local offices in Malmö in Southern Sweden, and in the US and UK.
