The Nexus™ Universal Connection Kit is a one-size-fits-all nebulizer connection kit that enables you to use any1,2 of Glass Expansion's industry-leading concentric nebulizers with the sample introduction configuration of your choice, including switching valves, chromatographs (LC, HPLC, IC, etc.), and other high-performance accessories. - Switching Valves: Simple and reliable custom-length connections to all high-throughput valve or syringe-drive systems.
- Speciation Analysis: Zero-dead-volume and secure, high-pressure connection for hyphenated techniques, such as LC-ICP-MS, HPLC-ICP-MS, IC-ICP-MS, and FFF-ICP-MS.
- High-Efficiency Sample Introduction System (HE-SIS): Connect to Glass Expansion's HE-SIS, which provides up to 95% transport efficiency for a variety of applications.

These easy-to-install kits are completely inert and configured for 1.6 mm (1/16") OD tubing, with PTFE ferrules that reliably seal with all commonly used capillary tubing materials, such as PFA, PTFE, FEP and PEEK. They provide a secure, zero-dead-volume direct connection to the liquid interface of a Glass Expansion nebulizer. FT-16-8 is compatible with Glass Expansion's glass concentric nebulizers1, which include the Conikal, MicroMist, MicroMist HE, SeaSpray, and Slurry. 1The FT-16-8 Nexus™ Universal Nebulizer Connection Kit is designed specifically for all glass U-Series nebulizers. It is not compatible with the older EzyFit nebulizers.
FT-16-8-X was specifically designed for use with inert nebulizers2, which includes the DuraMist and OpalMist. 2The FT-16-8-X Nexus™ Universal Nebulizer Connection Kit is designed specifically for inert U-Series nebulizers.
