|
ANALAB Hot Plates can be used as standard hot plate or with a add of a rack as digestion and evaporation device or the holes are machined with the dimension of your containers.
With the racks adapted to dimensions of your containers you will be able to heat your samples in a uniform way, without bottom being much hotter than the top, which can cause bullary and the loss of part of the sample during evaporation with the risk of cross contamination of your samples.
The material used ensure perfect thermal homogeneity, 100% of the area of Analab Hotplates can be used at exactly the same temperature. Temperature is set by the external regulator which precision is +/- 1°C
Neutrality with respect to the acids is ensured by a coating PFA, which guaranteed to you against the risks of contamination and ensures a long life of your hotplate. Our hotplates and our racks have successfully undergoes the tests of acceptance in clean room classifies 1.
The regulator is connected to the hot plate by a cable of 1,7m protected by a PTFE sheath which makes it possible to move away it from the corrosive zone and to ensure a long life to it.
Maximum using temperature is 250°C.
