For isocratic and gradient separations The Agilent 1200 Series preparative pump delivers a stable and reproducible flow at both low and high flow rates. By adding a second pump, a high-pressure gradient system can be assembled easily.
Features
- Flow rates up to 100 mL/min at 400 bar without changing pump heads
- Precise high-pressure binary gradient formation with low delay volume for preparative and analytical applications with flow rates as low as 0.5 mL/min
- Extended seal lifetime by automated seal wash
- Setting upper and lower pressure limits will turn off the pump, e.g. if the column gets blocked or leaks occur
- Convenient system setup by automated electromagnetic purge valve
