High Sample Throughput
The Agilent 1200 Series high performance autosampler adds maximum flexibility and fast injection cycles to your Agilent LC system. Whenever high sample throughput and speed of analysis are points to consider, this is the autosampler to choose. It can can be upgraded from non-thermostatted to thermostatted version by adding the Agilent 1200 Series thermostat for ALS/FC/spotter.

- High sample throughput, fast cycle times, and increased productivity using overlapped injection mode.
- Minimal delay volumes for rapid gradients and fast equilibration when bypassing the autosampler after sample injection.
- Offers a wide linear injection range of 0.1-100 µL (up to 1500 µL) without loop change by flow through design.
- No waste of sample (especially when available sample is limited) through variable injection volume and flow through design (compared to fixed loop approaches).
- Minimized carry-over by using the needle flush port (flushing the outside of the needle).
- Flexible and convenient sample handling with different types of sample containers such as well-plates and vials. Using 384-well plates allows you to process up to 768 samples unattended.
- Peltier temperature control from 4 to 40 °C for thermally-labile samples (upgrade from non-thermostatted to thermostatted version possible).
