Versatile Multipurpose SEM The EVO®40 represents the latest developments in SEM technology with a superbly accurate and repeatable fully motorised stage, full range of vacuum modes, and all new objective lens with BeamSleeve™ technology. The class leading x-ray geometry provides users with the most accurate analyses in high vacuum, eXtended Variable Pressure (XVP®), or extended pressure (EP)modes.
The Future Assured upgrade paths from high vacuum to XVP® and then to EP ensure that the EVO®40 can evolve to meet future requirements. The EP microscope is ideal for pharmaceutical and biotech enterprises offering superb imaging of small specimens within a water vapour environment.
