The new DDT-3200 is the first detector of its class with DAD technique. With its varied options it does not only overcome routine analysis in the HPLC but it is also best suitable for special tasks.
There are three different versions: As variable-wavelength-detector with 1-channel or 4-channel-output or as full DAD with 10Hz sample rate. The VWD can work as stand-alone device while the DAD is linked to a computer.
The components that would have to be exchanged in case of maintenance (e.g. deuterium lamp or flow cell) are accessable by untightening the front panel and pulling out the plug-in unit. The parameter-setup is done via a self-explanatory menu shown in the display. It’s possible to set values for the wavelength, time constant, range, sensitivity and the wavelength program.
The DDT-3200 stands out from the traditional detectors of its catagory by the integrated additional functions. The basic version already offers the possibility of external control, solvent recycling with integrated solenoid valve driver, the time program for changing wavelengths and the verification of the lamps’ features. The freely adjustable analog output and USB interface gives the required signal.
The arrangement with a diode-array-monochromator by Carl Zeiss® allows a clear, easily accessable design. That is how the detector is compact and saves space in the laboratory. As options the 1- and 4- channel versions offers the scanning over an adjustable wavelength range. In addition, a serial interface for data collection and the parameter setting is available if desired. The DAD version includes the USB-interface.
A complete summary can be obtained from our colour brochure.
- Unbeatable value for money for VWD- and DAD-technique

- Lamps and cells accessible from the frontside
- Time program for wavelength switch over (max. 10 entries)
- Integrated solvent-recycler with solenoid valve connection
- Simple and clear operation
- Recallable device data, e.g. intensity and running hours of the lamps
- External control for autozero and start of the wavelength program
- Biocompatibility due to PEEK-cell and screws
- Saving of a snapshot of the spectrum
- Serial interface for communication with other data systems (if required)
- Simultaneous reading of up to 4 wavelengths (if required)
